Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: January 11, 2026

At Booth Multi-Purpose Grease, we prioritize the swift dispatch of your lubricants. However, due to the operational realities of transport in Nigeria, our shipping policy is governed by the following strict terms:

1. Third-Party Logistics Disclaimer (Absolute Waiver)

All deliveries are handled by independent, third-party logistics providers (couriers, transport companies, or independent drivers).

No Liability for Failure: Booth Multi-Purpose Grease shall not be held liable for any delay, failed delivery attempt, or total failure to deliver by a third-party agent.

Waiver of Claims: By choosing the delivery option, the Customer waives all rights to sue or claim damages for "inconvenience," "loss of business," or "mechanical downtime" caused by a logistics provider’s actions or omissions.

2. Delivery Timelines are Estimates Only

Any delivery window provided (e.g., 24-48 hours) is a non-binding estimate.

Uncontrollable Factors: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, fuel shortages, vehicle breakdowns, or security operations.

Processing Time: Standard processing is one (1) business day. Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (Noon) are prioritized for dispatch, but same-day arrival is never guaranteed.

3. Destination Selection & Cost

Customer Duty: You must select the correct destination zone at checkout. The cost for each zone is fixed and clearly stated.

Wrong Destination Liability: If you select the wrong zone, the delivery fee is considered forfeited and non-refundable. The third-party agent will not be required to reroute the item unless a new delivery fee is paid in full.

4. Default to Physical Pickup

If no delivery destination is selected or paid for, the order is automatically set for In-Store Pickup. You are expected to collect your order at:

5. Non-Refundable Nature of Shipping Fees

Under no circumstances are shipping or delivery fees refundable once the goods have been handed over to the third-party logistics provider.

6. Receiving the Goods

Payment on Delivery (POD): For customers choosing POD, full payment must be made to the delivery agent before the product seal is broken.

Inspection: The Customer should inspect the external packaging for leaks before signing the delivery note. Once the delivery is accepted, Booth Grease is no longer responsible for the condition of the cans or sachets.
