Return & Refund Policy

At Booth Multi-Purpose Grease, we are committed to the integrity of our product.

We enforce a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges to ensure quality control and prevent tampering.

1. No Refunds After Delivery (Strict Policy)

Once the product (cans or sachets of grease) has been dispatched from our premises or delivered to the customer, we offer NO CASH REFUNDS or BANK TRANSFER REFUNDS.

This is due to the sensitive nature of industrial lubricants and our inability to guarantee the product’s quality once it leaves our control. By completing a purchase, you agree to this condition.

2. Manufacturing Faults

We will only consider exchanges for manufacturing faults (e.g., a sealed can that is improperly filled) within a 5-day window of purchase.

Inspection: The faulty product must be returned to our Aspanda location for a mandatory inspection by our technical team.

Remedy: If a legitimate factory fault is confirmed, we will provide a direct product replacement only.

3. Exchanges Before Delivery

If a customer decides they want a different grade or size of grease (e.g., sachets instead of a can) before the product leaves our warehouse or is put on the delivery truck:

They may make an exchange, provided the original payment covers the new item's cost, or the difference is settled.

4. "Change of Mind" Returns are Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changed their mind after delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

Shipping fees, logistics costs, and bank charges are never refundable.

6. Technical Sovereignty

All returns must be brought to our Aspanda location. Our technical team has the exclusive and final right to approve or reject a claim. Opened or partially used containers are strictly ineligible for return.
